Getting your Multiday is very easy:

• Purchase online through the Saba website or app.

• Book directly from the search tool or from the page of your chosen car park.

• The product is prepaid and must be purchased before parking (you can buy it on the same day your stay begins).

• Non-modifiable product: In case of error, you must request cancellation at ventas.chile@sabagroup.com and make a new purchase.

• This product cannot be used with TAG access or any other car park products.

• Withdrawal period: 14 days if you have not started using the product.

* Discount on normal daily parking fee. Variable discount depending on parking and number of days contracted.

FAQ

Can I purchase it at the car park?

You should only visit the car park if you experience issues with the website or app. Our on-site staff is trained to assist you with completing your online purchase. If you are a business customer, your first purchase must be made in person at the car park, where you will need to present your e-RUT.

Can I extend my purchase to more days once I have already purchased a set of days?

Yes, you must send an email to ventas.chile@sabagroup.com to coordinate this with the car park.

Can the same multiday pass be used in different car parks?

No. The multiday pass is valid for single-location car park only and can only be used at the car park where it was purchased.

How do I start the service?

When you purchase through the website or app, you will receive an email at your registered address with a reference number. To receive your QR code, you must contact the car park by email and coordinate the pickup. The QR code will be issued in person upon presentation of your reference number.

You may complete the entire process on the same day your parking period begins. Please note that entry must be made using a ticket, not a TAG.
