Opposite Puerto Banús, on the ground floor of the H10 Andalucía Plaza hotel, is the Casino de Marbella. Visitors will find all kinds of game machines here: there are well over a hundred! It also has an area called the Jack-pot bar with yet more slot machines. There are also shows and performances to suit every musical taste, where you can hear the best renditions of jazz, ballads, soul, Caribbean rhythms and international pop hits.
The casino frequently holds poker tournaments for local, national and international leagues, and virtually every day there’s a poker competition on. If you want to take part, you’ll need to pay a registration fee and you should register in advance, because the places fill up quickly.
The Casino de Marbella also has a restaurant where you can dine alone, as a couple or in the company of friends. It is also worthwhile reserving a table in advance as there is often a waiting list, especially in the summer high season.
The only requirement for getting into the casino is to wear long trousers and appropriate footwear and to be over 18. It is not permitted to enter with food, drink, rucksacks or wearing sportswear.
