COMPLETE THE LAST STEP AND BECOME A SUBSCRIBER

You have already purchased your initial subscription and in the confirmation e-mail you will have a provisional access QR. But now it's time to formalise your subscription in a few simple steps:

Completing the process is very simple

Go to “My Saba” and go to the section “My pending procedures ”.
Attach your ID and complete the requested information (*). We will review your documentation within a maximum of 48 working hours.
You will receive an e-mail from noreply@logalty.es to sign the agreement and authorisation to pay by direct debit. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
 
When you have completed the process, you will be able to exchange your provisional QR for a definitive card at the car park. Unless you are a user of one of the following car parks, the card will be sent directly to your home address.

If your car park does not have a QR reading system, the first time you access the car park, you must take a ticket and go to the Customer Service room. There you will be given a temporary card until you formalise your contract.

With this your contract will be ready and we will welcome you to the Saba family!

(*)It is important to complete this step before the 25th of the month for the subscription to remain active.

If the initial date of your purchase is before the 15th of the current month, you will have until the 25th of the same month to send us the information.

If, on the other hand, the date is after the 15th of the current month, you will have until the 25th of the following month to send us the information we indicate.
