Can I link my license plate to the product I purchased on the website?
Yes, you need to log in with your My Saba account. Click on "My access methods", "My license plates", and there you can add your license plate and link it to the web product you purchased. This will allow easy access to the parking lot with your license plate.
If you have booked at a train station, you will not be able to link your product to your number plate as this type of access is not available.
If I have bought a product online, do I need to take the ticket when I arrive at the car park?
No, this is not necessary. In your purchase confirmation email, you will receive an access QR and instructions on how to access the car park. You can also link your number plate to your online purchase if the car park has this type of access.
If you have any doubts, you should contact us via intercom (24h) in order to check out using the contracted product.
How do I redeem the product purchased on the website to gain access to the car park?
Once your purchase is complete, we will send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your product, based on your selected access method:
QR Access:
You must scan the QR code received via email at the reader located at the entrance and exit of the car park. If your car park does not have QR readers, you must take a ticket and validate your purchase upon leaving by using the 24-hour intercom situated at the exit barrier. Remember to have your booking reference ready to provide to our staff.
License Plate Access
If the chosen parking lot has license plate readers and you have linked your web product to your license plate from your "My Saba," you will be able to enter and exit the car park directly.
I have purchased a product but I have not received the e-mail confirmation, what should I do?
You can access your My Saba account, go to "My Purchases" and check if you already have a reference number.
If not, please write to us by e-mail to: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com so we can review your purchase and provide the product you booked. Please provide the following information:
- Your email
- Parking name
- Payment receipt for the product
Can I check the purchase history made on the website?
Yes, you need to log in with your My Saba account. Click on "My Operations" and you will be able to view all the web purchases you have made.
What should I do if I have VIA-T and have purchased a multiday product online?
If you have purchased a Multiday product (Multiday or Weekend), you must access the parking using the selected method (QR or licence plate) to avoid double charging. Therefore, you should remove the VIAT from the car, switch off the card at the issuing bank, or use an inhibitor cover to gain access to the car park. Avoid storing it in the glove compartment of the car.
How can I request an invoice for my online purchase?
The invoice must be requested during the purchase process, once you have chosen your product and your access method, you will see the "Do you need an invoice?" section.
You must complete the form that appears in the dropdown menu. The invoice can only be requested at this point of purchase. It cannot be requested afterward.
The invoice can be requested as an Individual with a DNI/NIF or NIE, or as a Self-employed/Company with a NIF.
In the case of purchases of Multidia or Weekend products, the invoice can be requested as an Individual with a DNI/NIF or NIE or as an Autónomo/Company with a NIF. These invoices can be checked in ‘My Saba’ as an individual in ‘My invoices’ or as a company in ‘My operations’. You can also request them by sending an email to: cac@sabagroup.com
Invoices for web Subscriptions will be issued to the contract holder (individual) and you can consult them from your personal area "My Saba" - "My Invoices," both on the website and in the Saba App.
We would like to remind you that the sale of web season tickets is only for private individuals. If you need your season ticket in the name of a company, you can go directly to the car park you require. If you have purchased your season ticket as an individual on the website, the details of the invoice obtained cannot be changed at a later date with details of a company.
How can I check the invoices for my online purchases?
If you have requested an invoice through the form during the purchase process, you will receive your invoice depending on the product purchased online:
Multiday and Weekend
the invoices will be sent by postal mail to your address within a maximum of 1 month.
Subscriptions
the invoices can be viewed in your personal area "My Saba" - "My Invoices", both on the website and in the Saba App.
What can I do if I have a double charge for accessing with VIA-T and had already purchased a product online?
If you forgot to remove the VIA-T from your vehicle and a double charge occurred for your stay, you should contact us via email at atclientesaba@sabagroup.com and provide your license plate, the VIA-T number, and the reference of your previously purchased online booking.
How to redeem a gift voucher?
You can redeem it from the website or the app. Log in to your My Saba or register if you have not done so already. In the main menu, go to ‘Discounts’ and redeem your voucher. From the App, go to ‘Products and services’ from the bottom menu and you will see the ‘Discounts’ section. Click on ‘Do you have a VIAT gift voucher?’ and you will be able to redeem it.
What happens if my stay exceeds the validity period of the purchased product?
Before leaving the parking lot, you will need to contact us via the cashier intercom and pay for the additional minutes according to the standard rate. Intercom support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How do I cancel my purchase?
You will be able to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the online contracting of the product, provided you have not used it beforehand. Cancellation cannot be requested from the first day of product contracting.
To request a refund, you must send an e-mail to: returns@sabagroup.com, indicating in the subject "Cancellation (contracted product)" and the reference of your purchase.
The refund for the purchase amount will be credited to the same payment method used and at no additional cost, as long as it is within the allowed cancellation period. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Is it possible to view my purchase history?
Yes. In the main menu of the app, scroll down to the "History" section. By clicking "View all," you'll be able to see all completed, ongoing, or upcoming transactions.
Is VAT included in the prices?
All prices include VAT. The amount paid at the time of purchase will always be the total price of the transaction.
Can I change the dates or car park I have booked?
It is not possible to change the dates booked or the car park contracted. You can send an email to returns@sabagroup.com including the purchase reference for cancellation and refund and make a new purchase with the correct details.
Can I get a partial refund if I don't park on all the days I booked?
No, Multi-Day or Weekend products offer a better deal the more days you purchase, and the product is contracted as a single package. No partial refunds will be given if you do not use the parking for all the days contracted.
What can I do if my search shows that the car park does not offer online products?
If the selected car park does not offer online sales, you will need to enter with a ticket and pay the standard rate for your stay, provided there are spaces available upon arrival.
Should I book my parking for days in advance?
Yes. Products must be purchased before arriving to the car park in order to guarantee availability, as access will be granted based on the reservation made. If you enter without a prior product reservation and the car park does not have physical staff or online product sales, you must pay the amount at the exit at the cashier, at the standard rate.
I have parked without booking a product online in advance. Can I get a discount?
If you have just parked without purchasing Multi-Day or Weekend products based on online availability, you can make the purchase from the website or app by selecting the current date and time as the start date. If available, you can make the purchase and once you have received confirmation with your reference number, you can discard the entry ticket. On exit, you can go directly to the barrier and scan the QR code or call the intercom (24 hours) to validate your reference. If there are no products available online, you must pay the standard rate.
Subscriptions
How can I modify my bank account number for my subscription?
You need to go to your parking lot and provide the new bank account number along with a photocopy of a receipt or title certificate proving that you are the account holder. The modification will be made, and you will need to sign the SEPA document again.
If no staff are available at the parking lot at that time, you can send the documentation and your subscriber details (ID/NIF, license plate, and the parking lot where you are a subscriber) to the email: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com.
Can I buy a season ticket at the car park?
Yes, you can go to the car park where you wish to become a subscriber to formalise your registration, with a photocopy of your ID card, the account number for direct debit and a photocopy of a bank receipt or bank book showing your account number.
You will sign the rules for subscriber use, the SEPA payment authorisation document and you will be given a card to access the facilities.
If you cannot find the car park staff at that moment, you can send us your request for information by e-mail to: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com and we will put you in contact with the car park. In the case of a remote car park, we will refer you to the website to purchase your season pass.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can go to your car park to formalise the cancellation, and they will provide you with a form for this purpose.
In case you can't find any staff at that moment, you can send us an e-mail to: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com and we will refer your request to the car park for the cancellation of your season ticket.
We remind you that for the cancellation to take effect from the first of the month, you must notify us before the 25th of the previous month.
Can I use my season ticket in other car parks in the Saba network?
This is not possible, as the subscription is linked to a single car park, a user (individual or legal entity), and a vehicle (license plate, model, and color), which is recorded on the access card.
If you are a subscriber, you will get a 50% discount on the rotation rate in other car parks in the Saba and Bamsa network with your physical subscriber card when paying at the cash machine.
This promotion does not apply to car parks at train stations, L'Illa, CosmoCaixa, Instituto Guttman and Torre Sevilla.
How can I purchase a season ticket on the website?
- Indicate in the search engine the location where you need to park and select the car park that best suits you. Click on ‘Calculate your stay’ and select ‘Monthly passes’.
- Enter the number of days and the desired time slot and we will offer you the best subscription option.
- Select your subscription and fill in your personal details. You will be able to link it to your license plate and you can also indicate your VIA-T to avoid double charges.
- Make the first payment immediately by credit card and the rest by direct debit.
- Once the web purchase is completed, in a few days you will receive your contract by e-mail from the ‘Logalty’ platform. Check your spam mail and sign it within a maximum of 5 days.
- You will be able to pick up your subscriber card directly at the SAC office (*) of the car park. You will have to enter normally using the selected entry method (registration, Via-T or ticket). In the case of the ticket, it will be exchanged at the office when you exchange it for your subscriber card.
The sale of season tickets through the website is only for individuals. If you need a season ticket for a company, you must request it directly at the car park you are interested in.
On the other hand, if you have purchased your season ticket on the website as a private individual, you will not be able to change the details of this invoice to a company name afterwards.
Can I buy season tickets from the app?
No, at the moment it is not possible to purchase season tickets via the App. Only via the website or at the car park.
If I'm a web subscriber, can I check my invoices from the app?
Yes. You'll need to log in with your web username and password and access "My Account." You'll see the "My Invoices" section. Clicking on it will take you to your monthly invoices for the subscription you purchased online
I am trying to book a season ticket and the website tells me that the information is incorrect.
Please check that your first and last names match exactly those on your ID document (DNI or NIE). It is essential that even those registering with a NIE select Spanish nationality, otherwise you will not be able to proceed.
How do I get the 50% discount at other car parks for being a season ticket holder?
To apply the 50% discount to your stays at other Saba/Bamsa car parks, you must scan your entry ticket at the pay station and then your subscriber card. The amount will be reduced by half, and you will be able to make the payment. To apply the discount, it is essential to have your subscriber card at the time of payment. If you have ViaT linked to your season ticket and this will be your method of payment, the discount will be applied automatically when the charge is issued upon departure.
Multiday
What is the timetable for Daytime Multiday?
The Daytime Multiday 6 will be valid from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the contracted day or days.
If you exceed this time, the difference will be charged according to the regular parking rate.
If you have contracted several consecutive days, the product will cover all contracted days between 6am and 10pm. If you also need to park at night, you must purchase the Multiday 24h and request cancellation of the previous one, before using it, at returns@sabagroup.com.
What hours are included in the Multiday 24h?
The 24h Multiday product covers 24 calendar hours of the day or days you have booked. This means your product will be valid from midnight on the day you start your stay until 11:59 p.m. on the day you end your stay.
VIA-T
How can I obtain a monthly invoice for payments made with my VIA-T?
To receive the monthly invoice, send an email to: cac@sabagroup.com. We will send you a form to collect all the data necessary for invoicing and from then on, every month, we will send you an invoice by post with all the payments made in our network of car parks through the VIA-T that you have provided us with.
You will only need to send us another email when you need to add new VIA-Ts or modify your billing information. In this email, please include the NIF you provided for your account setup and the information you wish to modify
When will I start receiving the VIA-T receipts?
The receipts you will receive will be for VIA-T payments made after 48 working hours have passed since your registration in the service, and for the parking stays made after this period, not the previous ones. You will receive them by email the day after the payment is made.
How can I request my VIA-T receipts prior to my registration in the bonus plan?
If you need previous receipts, you must send us your request by email to: cac@sabagroup.com indicating the parking lot where you parked, the dates when you parked, and the VIA-T number (16 digits) used for the payment.
I am a subscriber and I have changed my VIA-T, do I need to inform the parking lot?
Yes, you need to provide the details of the new VIA-T to the parking lot where you're subscribed so they can relink it and deactivate the old VIA-T.
If the expiration date of your VIA-T has also changed, you will need to inform the parking lot so they can update it in your subscriber profile and link it to your card.
If you're registered on our website, you should log into My Saba and update your VIA-T details, including both the number and expiration date, under the "My access methods" section.
How can I get the payment receipts for my VIA-T?
To get the receipt for each parking paid with VIA-T, you need to register as a customer on My Saba and add your VIA-T in the "My access methods" section.
SABA Ticketless
Can I add more than one vehicle to Saba Ticketless?
You can add a maximum of 3 vehicles. To do this, go to ‘My Account’, click on ‘My vehicles’. Then click on ‘Add vehicle’ and add your vehicle details. Once you have added all the vehicles you want, activate Saba Ticketless by clicking and choose the vehicles you want to associate with this service.
Renfe Franchise
I have bought a train ticket with my +RENFE card but I want to pay for the car park with VIA-T, how can I do it?
If you use the VIA T to pay for your stay in the car park but you have a parking exemption on your ticket because you meet the railway operator's requirements (see requirements here), you must download the Saba APP, free of charge, and register yourself and your VIA T with the 16 digits.
Remember that the franchise will only be applied to the VIA T car parks you have registered; if you have more than one, you must register them all.
Once registered, you have 24 hours after leaving the car park to scan the QR or barcode of the ticket on the APP.
The excess is applied after the VIA T. For this reason, the e-receipt you receive will never include the amount of the excess or other discounts that may be applied to you.
Once the 24-hour period has elapsed, if you have not validated the ticket on the APP, you will not be able to benefit from the discount on the ticket when paying for the car park.
** If you have any problem with the validation of your tickets in our APP, you must send us the tickets in mobile format, the scanned +RENFE card of your ownership and your VIA T number (16 digits) to the following email: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com
Does my train ticket from the RENFE operator include free parking?
Renfe offers 24 hours of free parking to its travelers with the Más Renfe Gold/Platinum loyalty card. If this applies to you, the card number must be printed on the ticket.
To redeem the allowance:
- At the cashier: You will need to scan your entry ticket to see the total amount of your stay and then scan the QR code on your ticket to apply the discount.
- In the Saba App (payment via ViaT): You must go to 'Products and Services' and 'Discounts'. In 'Do you have a Renfe ticket?' you will need to select your ViaT or register one if you haven’t done so yet and enter the ticket details to apply the discount.
You have up to 24 hours after leaving the parking lot to redeem the allowance.
Promotions are not cumulative with Multiday or Weekend web reservations.

How can I redeem my Renfe franchise from the app?
You must register or log in if you are already a user. Then go to ‘Products and services’ from the bottom menu of the App and you will see the ‘Discounts’ section. Click on ‘Do you have a Renfe ticket?’, and you will be able to redeem your discount.

How do I start using the Saba App?
You can download this app for free on the App Store or Google Play. Here’s how you can find us:
Android - Use your smartphone to access the Google Play Store. In the search bar at the top of the screen, type "Saba" and press the magnifying glass to continue. Now just select the app "Saba-Find your parking" and click install.
iOS - In your iPhone menu, choose the App Store. In the bottom bar, select the search icon and type "Saba". Then, select the app "Saba-Find your parking" and proceed with the installation.
My Saba
How can I create an account on My Saba?
Go to the website or app, click on My Saba at the top right, and the "Register" option will appear if you don't have an account yet. From there, you can create a new user account.
How can I delete my account?
In the "My Data" section, you can unsubscribe from My Saba, which will delete your account. We recommend checking beforehand that all paid app services have been deactivated.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
1. Log in to your account and go to "My Data" > "Communication Preferences".- 2. In the Newsletter section, select the "No" option. 3. Click 'SAVE' to register your request.
Can I add my VIA-T or license plate to my My Saba account?
Yes, log in or register if you haven't done so yet on My Saba. Click on "My access methods" and there you can add your VIA-T or license plates to link them to the online products you purchase.
Can Saba deactivate my account?
Saba may cancel an account as a result of the incorrect use of the website or the Virtual Office account by the customer. More information can be found in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase section.
What should my new password be?
It must have a minimum of 8 characters, one capital letter, one number and one special character: @, !, =, *...
Parkings
How can I find out what services a parking lot has?
On the information page of each car park you will see icons that describe all the services available: (maximum height, electric recharging spaces, motorbike spaces, carsharing, car wash, etc...). Check your car park here.
Can I request an invoice for my minute-based parking stay?
Yes, you must send us the payment receipts by e-mail to: cac@sabagroup.com indicating the details of the invoice holder.
Once we have received the data and documentation, your invoice will be issued the first week of the month, and we will send it to you by postal mail to the address you provide.
This procedure can be done once a month with all the invoices you have.
If the payment was made via VIA-T or with a financial card (magnetic stripe)
We will need you to provide the 16-digit VIA-T number and/or the number of your credit card OFF, along with the date from which you are requesting the invoices. Once we have received the data and documentation, your invoice will be issued the first week of the month and sent by postal mail to the address you provided.
